There's barely a month to go for his wedding with Bhimavaram young lady, Dr Pallavi Varma, however Nikhil admits that he lacks the capacity to deal with wedding arrangements right now. "Having quite recently started going for the continuation of the 2014 riddle spine chiller Karthikeya, I have my hands full.
